Sales and Refunds


Please read the following sales and refunds policy, as well as the terms and conditions located here, carefully.

We appreciate you choosing to shop with us here at acterix. We believe you will truly love your experience online and with our product(s). However, if you are looking to exchange or refund a product(s), you must meet these requirements.

Basic Requirements: 

    •    Within 21 days (30 days for international customers) of your original purchase date.

    •    The product(s) must be in original packaging, with no signs of damage or prolonged use.

    •    You must have your order number.

    •    You must pay for return shipping unless otherwise stated.


Detailed Process:

    •    Contact us with details about your reason for wanting an exchange or refund. If you do not contact us before returning your product(s), you may not receive your money or product(s) back. The subject field should include your name, order number and date of purchase.

    •    Exchange and refund requests must be made within 21 days (30 days for international customers) of your original purchase date. Please note, the original purchase date is NOT the date you received the product(s).

    •    If your exchange or refund request is successful, you must return the item within 14 days (21 days for international customers) to the address specified by our support team. You MUST pay for the return postage costs unless otherwise stated.

    •    Once we have received your product(s) we will issue you with an exchange or refund, depending on what was already agreed on with the support team.

    •    Refunds will be made to the original account the purchase was made from. Refunds take between 5 to 10 business days.

    •    Exchanges will be shipped out within 3 business days after receiving the returned product(s).
